QUICK BITES - ROOFTOP SIPS - EVERY MONDAY -

A wooden table with various dishes including a bowl of black and green olives, a piece of bread, a dish of hummus, a bowl with a slice of pâté garnished with herbs, and a plate with a grilled piece of meat topped with green sauce. A glass of white wine, a small cup of olive oil, and utensils on a napkin are also on the table.

ORDER A DRINK AND A TAPA COMES WITH IT, ON THE HOUSE.

In Spain, going for a copa means a glass in hand and a little something to eat alongside it. So that's what we're doing every Monday, up on the rooftop with the city winding down below.

ON THE HOUSE

Every drink comes with a complimentary tapa. The kitchen rotates what goes out each week, from croquettas and patatas bravas to pan con tomate with jamón, whipped cod crisp and manchego with membrillo. Another round means another plate.

IN THE GLASS

A Spanish style drinks list with a few Four Pillars cocktails, including a Four Pillars Dry Gin and Tonic, Mini Dirty Martini, Planteray 3 Stars Daiquiri, Casa Mariol Vermut, Labastida Tempranillo Blanco, Hop Nation Draft Lager and sangria.
